Meet Chef Zeledon


Chef Zeledon’s passion for food is evident in every dish she makes. Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Zeledon’s humble beginning has played an instrumental role in her creativity in the kitchen. Her excitement for cooking has always revolved around celebrating simplicity while entertaining friends and family.

Zeledon graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), one of the largest and most diverse culinary schools in the world. During her time at ICE, she solidified her foundation of cooking techniques. Although Zeledon is known for her culturally diverse menu, her specialty is Italian cuisine.
